Register for news updates100,000 Signatures Sought to Finish Northern Rivers Rail Trail
Supporters of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail (NRRT) are banding together for a new campaign to push for government funding to complete the 132 km track from Casino to Murwillumbah.
Two sections of the trail, which provides a safe, off-road recreation route for walkers, runners, cyclists and mobility scooter users are already complete.
Organisers are aiming to collect 100,000 signatures to present to the NSW and Australian governments to secure funding. Supporters are also being encouraged to share the campaign link as widely as possible.

Looking forward to do the casino Lismore section tomorrow having already done the crabbes Creek to Murwillumbah section previously. What a great trail. It needs to be completed.
I rode the two parts of the trail with friends last May we had a great time using the trail which was well used from Murwillumbah to Crabbes Creek by both cyclists and walkers. It was good to see local businesses taking the time to be open for the riders. We also wondered why the trail stopped at Crabbes Creek, it would be great to see it completed. Wewould certainly ride it again.
