Register for news updatesA fundraiser is being held this Saturday night for Valley E-Bikes.
At the end of August 2026 Mick and Britt Parkhill, owners of Valley E-Bikes [RTA advertisers] and Pedals and Picnics in Murwillumbah on the Northern Rivers Rail Trail (NRRT) lost their home, their business and their beloved pets in a devastating fire.
Then the new stock they bought to start again was stolen from the only building left standing after the fire. They are now having to start completely from scratch.
99 Bikes Tweed Heads have generously donated $250 in gift vouchers, showing they are fantastic supporters of the Tweed community. Also in the raffle, a voucher for a day’s bike hire with Valley E-Bikes.
On Saturday night, Mick and Britt will be in Ballina at the Business Awards — so fingers crossed they come home as winners!![]()
