DELIVERY

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post standard service and take 1-10 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please place a note at checkout if you wish to have your parcel left at your door if nobody is home and detail where you wish your parcel left. Please note by doing so, RTA and Australia Post are not liable for any missing parcels.

The first item will be $10 for small items and $15 for bulkier items, and subsequent items will be at a lower rate. Orders over $200 are shipped Free.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

All international orders are sent via Australia Post regular shipping, at a set price of $30 for first item and an additional smaller fee for further items in the order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

As a voluntary organisation, we do our best to send orders within three days of receiving an order.

If the order will be delayed, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to let you know.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Please note that unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your order or combine orders once submitted. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend checking your email address, delivery address and contact number.

WHAT IF I FAILED TO COLLECT?

If your parcel is returned to RTA due to not collecting the items, you will be notified to pay a re-shipping fee to send these out again. If you do not want these items re-sent, you will be refunded less the original shipping costs, and a 10% fee for restocking. This does not happen often and we appreciate your understanding that we can’t afford to re-ship orders at our expense.

WILL I RECEIVE A PRINTED INVOICE?

We are always looking at ways we can reduce our impact on the environment, so we have gone paperless! Rather than including a printed invoice in your parcel, you will receive a PDF invoice with your “Order Completed” email.
