REFUND POLICY

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM BOUGHT AT RAILTRAILS.ORG.AU

We want you to enjoy your Rail Trails Australia (RTA) purchases. That is why we offer a comprehensive 60-day refund or exchange policy for all purchases on railtrails.org.au. If you have changed your mind or received a faulty product, simply email our team at admin@railtrails.org.au to notify us. Be sure to include ‘Returns’ in the subject line along with your contact details, order number and reason for the return in the body of the email. All items must be returned in their original condition. Please direct returns to:

Please allow 10 working days for returns to be received and processed. We suggest sending items for return via a tracked service.

REFUND OF MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your RTA membership at any time by doing this online or advising us via email.

Given the low cost of membership, there is normally no refund due to cancellation of membership.  However, if you request a refund to us via email, we can provide a pro rata refund up for up to 9 months minus an administration fee of $5.

REFUND OF DONATIONS

If you have made an error in your donation to RTA (incorrect amount or in error), and you contact us via email about this error, we will refund you the incorrect amount.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

Please allow 10 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please contact us and we’ll be sure to follow up your refund immediately.
