DELIVERY

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Rail Trails Australia (RTA) currently offers free shipping for all orders.

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Service and take 1-10 business days to arrive after dispatch. Deliveries to major cities should arrive the next business day. Please place a note at checkout if you wish to have your parcel left at your door if nobody is home and detail where you wish your parcel left. Please note by doing so, RTA and Australia Post are not liable for any missing parcels.

All orders placed before 1:00pm (AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day wherever possible. For exceptions, please see the ‘PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIMES’ information.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

For our customers outside of Australia we offer different services depending on your location. All international orders will attract the lowest rate available.

All orders placed before 1:00pm (AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day wherever possible. For exceptions, please see the ‘PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIMES’ information.

If you are not available to receive the delivery and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a card will be left for you to arrange redelivery or self-collection from your local post office.

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and must be delivered to a residential address. They cannot be delivered to a PO Box, Army Base or Hotel.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed before 1:00pm (AEDT/AEST) are processed the same day wherever possible.

Deliveries are sent during business hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Please note that unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your order or combine orders once submitted. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend checking your email address, delivery address and contact number.

WHAT IF I FAILED TO COLLECT?

If your parcel is returned to RTA due to not collecting the items, you will be notified to pay a re-shipping fee to send these out again. If you do not want these items re-sent, you will be refunded less the original shipping costs, and a 10% fee for restocking. This does not happen often, but since we offer free shipping, we appreciate your understanding that we can’t afford to re-ship orders at our expense.

WILL I RECEIVE A PRINTED INVOICE?

We are always looking at ways we can reduce our impact on the environment, so we have gone paperless! Rather than including a printed invoice in your parcel, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Please email usif you want us to email you an invoice.
