The aim of the project is to showcase the rich heritage of the region to tourists and visitors, while providing a recreational asset for the local community. In addition to passing through the main towns of Wyalkatchem, Trayning, Kununoppin and Nungarin, the proposed trail will traverse a number of small historic localities including Korrelocking, Nembudding, Yelbeni and Kwelkan.
