As part of the Wonthaggi Heritage Celebrations on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 February, the Friends of the Bass Coast Rail Trail have organised a community walk and bike ride. Residents and visitors are invited to participate.
WALK Saturday 24th February – Departs 1.00pm from the former Wonthaggi Railway Station site, for travel to Lower Powlett Road and return. Approx 5 kilometres. BYO food and drink.
BIKE RIDE Sunday 25th February detarts 10.30am from the former Wonthaggi Railway Station Site to Kilcunda and return. Approx 25 kilometres. BYO food and drink.
