Community partnerships program – Does your organisation need more information or advice on your project?
4th round of funding for projects to assist in the recovery and re-building of the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is now open!
The Brisbane Valley Rail Trail community partnerships program is a grants program open to not-for-profit, incorporated community organisations, local councils and tertiary institutions from Wulkuraka to Yarraman!
The program will provide grants of between $2,000 and $10,000 (GST exclusive) to contribute to eligible project costs. Up to 50% of the total eligible project costs can receive funding. Please note that any in kind contribution includes volunteer hours are considered as part of the organisations contribution to the project.
If your organisation or community would like an officer from the BVRT Team to discuss your project in more detail send an email to BVRTGrants @ dip.qld.gov.au. YOU MUST CONTACT US by Friday 11 February to arrange a time for an officer to attend your organisations meeting.
All applications must be received by 11 March 2011.
Applicants will receive written notification of the outcome of their application.

The applicant must have satisfactorily acquitted any previous grants from the Department of Infrastructure and Planning.
