Come and join the the fun by joining the 2015 Somerset Rail Trail Fun Run, while helping to raise funds for Diabetes Queensland.
Once again there will be two events, the 8 km and the childrens 3km race.
You can also enter a team of friends or family in the run.
Prizes include $300 for the first male and female in the 8km run $200 for 2nd and $100 for third place.
Medallions will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd to both boys and girls in the 8km run.
There will be three categories:16 and under, 12 and under and open.
The 3km run will also have 1st, 2nd and 3rd medallions awarded .
Prizes for the best costume will also be awarded on the day.
Join the Family fun day at Lowood school after the fun run.
Free Shuttle busses will operate during the day to transfer runners back to the starting point
