The business boom in Tumbarumba continues
The Tumbarumba and Rosewood areas are seeing significant new businesses opening and many existing businesses thriving, helped along by the ongoing popularity of the Tumbarumba to Rosewood Rail Trail as a key tourist drawcard.
Examples of businesses opening or growing include:
- Ride Tumba bike shop and bike hire
- Ladbroken Gin Distillery and accommodation
- Kearsley’s Function Centre
- Munday’s Catering
- Rosewood Rail Trail Cafe and General Store
- Tumba Bikes and Blooms
- Gone Barny Cafe and Nursery, Rosewood
- Tumbarumba Touring Company
- Forage Merchant + Occasions
Additionally, local wineries continue to see high visitation numbers, and there are many new accommodation offerings and options in the region.
This list reinforces the business endorsement messages that appeared in the video jointly produced by Rail Trails Australia and Bicycle NSW released in April this year.

We love the Tumbarumba Rosewood Rail Trail Experience . Our tour group of 25 happily left around $6000
with the excellent service providers in the area. We will be back in 2022.
