A residential developer is promoting their new Rangelea Rise land development in Junortoun, Bendigo, with a sales pitch focussing on the 11-lot development’s proximity to Victoria’s O’Keefe Rail Trail.
The developer has created a high-quality marketing website using stunning photography and videos that feature the O’Keefe Rail Trail, particularly highlighting the value to families having a safe, accessible walking and cycling trail and promoting it as an expansion of their own backyard. 
The photography on the developer’s website features many of the great contributions the Friends of the Bendigo Kilmore Rail Trail have made including seating and interpretative signage. The below quote from their website summarises how it is being promoted.
