Adelaide Hills Rail Trail (SA) Committee Formation Meeting
This proposed rail trail has been under consideration for many years now. An incorporated association has been formed to pursue this development and will be holding its first AGM to elect a committee. It will be held on the 19th of November from 7:30pm at the Balhannah Memorial Hall, Main Road, Balhannah.
Following the meeting there will be a short presentation by Marc Salver, from Adelaide Hills Council, outlining recent developments with regard to the trail
Railtrails Australia believes this proposed rail trail has great potential. We urge people with an interest to assist this committee to make it a success, especially as there are limited opportunities for other rail trails in South Australia.
