RTA continues to work on making its website rail trail descriptions more informative.
The latest improvement is be able to better show nearby rail trails when looking at the map on a rail trail description.
Previously the nearby rail trails could only be shown as single markers; now the lines are also shown so the extent of connection can be seen, similar to the main Trail Finder maps.
Don’t forget to try the “Show My Location” function when out on a rail trail.
Note: You will be prompted to log in if not already logged in to use these features.
